Embedded Recruiter (Demo)

A copy-paste widget that can display Verolex job listings on your own site. Configure filters (practice area, location, keywords), generate the embed, and place it in your page builder. Public roles may display; partner-only roles remain governed.

What you can do

  • Create multiple widgets (e.g., Corporate, Litigation, IP) with different filters.
  • Embed into WordPress blocks, firm CMS pages, or partner portals.
  • Use brand-safe defaults; optionally fine-tune styles on the destination page.

AIRecruiter Embedded Service Options

Configure how the embedded recruiter operates: text, voice, memory scope, and switching behavior. Each option is designed for governed deployment. Visibility and release remain user-authorized.

View Configuration Levels
  • Level 1 — The Responder: Text-only responses. Memory may be enabled and scoped to structured intake. Voice is inactive.
  • Level 2 — Silent Intelligence: Voice engine can operate in the background for analysis while Text remains the visible interface (voice toggle hidden). Memory scope and calibration supported.
  • Level 3 — All Options: Text and Voice available by user selection. Memory, calibration, and switching logic are active (within the configured scope).
  • Level 4 — The Speaker: Voice-first interface by default. Text interface remains available as a fallback or optional toggle (as configured).

Embedded Use for Employers

Embedded recruiters can capture structured hiring inputs directly on your domain and route them into governed workflows. Outputs, visibility, and release conditions are controlled by the authorized account holder.

  • Structured intake of hiring needs (practice focus, compensation model, constraints, priorities).
  • Criteria-based questions designed to reduce ambiguity and capture alignment-critical preferences.
  • Generation of drafts and internal notes (as configured) for review and authorization.
  • Optional escalation to Verolex staff when authorized and requested.
