Purpose
Position Listing Managed Execution begins after Position Listing Authorization confirms that a verified Position Listing may proceed within the approved publication or deployment scope. During this phase, AP&T performs only the operational work authorized for the listing.
Managed Execution does not create publication authority, expand the listing audience, alter the approved Position Record, initiate attorney outreach, or create hiring authority. It carries out the approved listing-related work and prepares the matter for an Authorized Result.
Managed Execution Activities
- Review the approved Position Listing Authorization.
- Confirm the approved Position Listing content.
- Confirm approved publication or deployment channel.
- Prepare listing materials for managed publication or internal use.
- Document publication-readiness or deployment work performed.
- Identify issues requiring additional authorization.
- Prepare the completed listing matter for Authorized Result delivery.
Operational Standards
Position Listing Managed Execution is limited to the activities approved through Position Listing Authorization. Staff may not publish outside the authorized channel, modify material terms, broaden the audience, contact attorneys, initiate recruiting activity, or proceed with related work outside the approved scope.
If execution identifies incomplete listing content, revised employer instructions, conflicting Position Record information, or broader requested deployment, the matter returns to the appropriate Authorization Communicator before further operational activity occurs.
Managed Employer Operational Note
Within this AP&T demonstration, Position Listing Managed Execution represents the controlled implementation of the approved listing action. It documents the operational work completed after authorization and before the Position Listing Authorized Result is prepared for delivery.
