Controlled entry, structured evaluation, and authorization-based progression.
Core Rule
Entry is not access. Participation is not authorization. No exposure, communication, or progression occurs without defined criteria and confirmed authorization.
Purpose
QRecruit governs controlled entry, structured evaluation, and authorized progression across defined market surfaces.
Each stage enforces criteria, limits exposure, and preserves decision control. No communication, release, or advancement occurs outside defined structure and confirmed authorization.

QRecruit Entry
Use the entry mechanism below to begin or continue a QRecruit process.
QRecruit supports structured recruiting activity. Verolex may assist with organization, review, verification, and progression, but hiring authority remains with the employer or authorized representative.
Structured evaluation does not by itself authorize disclosure, contact, document release, or final hiring action. Those steps require the appropriate authorization within the Verolex process.
