Recruiter Intake
Tell us what you want to understand, prepare, or improve. Begin with your current recruiting work, a market question, or a hypothetical situation. You do not need a fully defined assignment to describe your objective.
Use the intake to explain whom you represent, your operating model, the markets and practice areas you serve, and your priorities. Distinguish what is known from what is assumed, and identify what still needs clarification.
Begin with the outcome
You may be clarifying an assignment, examining your intake or interview practices, identifying evidence gaps, or considering how Verolex could support your work. Explain what would make the next step useful before choosing a particular tool or service.
Guided Verolex supports self-service preparation and exploration within the applicable access, service scope, and usage requirements. Staff services and permissions to act for or with other participants are separate matters.
Information and use boundaries
Provide information you have authority to share. Keep preliminary examples general and avoid confidential client matters, identifiable candidate details, and private commercial information unless the relevant workflow expressly permits them.
Completing this intake does not by itself verify qualifications, approve a recruiter relationship, arrange a staff consultation, or authorize representation, candidate submission, contact, or disclosure.
Additional requirements depend on the service or participation requested. Any separate review, engagement, or authorization remains distinct from submitting this form.
